You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to provide a calm, steady, and respectful space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and guided by what you need in each session.

I work with preteens, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, life changes, relationship challenges, and questions about identity or who they are. My practice is affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and neurodivergence, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, respected, and free to be themselves. Whether we're talking about sexuality, intimacy, relationships, boundaries, consent, or other important parts of your life, my goal is to create a space where you can have those conversations openly, honestly, and without judgment.

I believe healing happens through curiosity, collaboration, and feeling safe enough to explore your experiences without judgment. I don't believe therapy is about becoming someone different - it's about understanding yourself more fully and building a life that feels authentic to who you already are. Together, we'll pay attention to what's happening in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships to better understand your experiences and build practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

It would be a privilege to walk alongside you through healing, growth, and change.
