Licensed Social Worker
Dual Licensed in Missouri and Colorado

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying trauma, grief, or the ongoing demands of caregiving. I specialize in working with women, mothers, and young adults who feel burnt out, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves, often after spending a long time taking care of everyone else. Many of my clients navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, identity transitions, and deep shame rooted in feeling like they “aren’t enough.”

Together, we will work on navigating trauma, attachment wounds, relational stress, burnout, caregiver fatigue, and major life transitions. My practice as a clinician is affirming of gender identity, sexuality, and neurodivergence, and I am committed to creating a space where clients feel respected, supported, and understood.

As a therapist, mom, and someone who has lived abroad in Mexico, Thailand, Malaysia, and Bali, I bring a grounded, culturally informed, and creative perspective to the therapy space. I am deeply honored and committed to walk alongside you in this journey as we reclaim boundaries, voice, and a sense of balance.
