At Asana, we believe therapy feels different when you feel safe enough to be yourself. Our goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, without masking, and without feeling like you have to explain every part of your identity.
We work with teens and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, relationships, identity, and life’s many transitions. Our clinicians provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and sex-positive care, meeting every client with warmth, curiosity, and genuine compassion.
Whether you’re in the heart of Denver or a small town on Colorado’s Western Slope, you deserve a therapist who sees you, respects your identity, and helps you feel safe enough to be yourself. Through telehealth, we’re honored to support clients across Colorado, including rural and underserved communities where affirming care can be difficult to find.
We believe that feeling safe extends beyond the therapy session. We take a thoughtful approach to protecting your privacy by using respectful, inclusive language and documenting only the information that is clinically necessary, because your dignity, identity, and trust matter.
Whether you’re taking your first step into therapy or returning after time away, we’re so glad you’re here.

I created Asana Counseling because I believe everyone deserves a therapist who helps them feel safe, understood, and genuinely accepted.
Throughout my work as a therapist, I’ve seen how healing begins when people no longer feel like they have to hide parts of themselves. Whether you’re navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, relationships, identity, or simply trying to make sense of life, my hope is that Asana feels like a place where you can finally exhale.
Asana was intentionally built as a small, relationship-centered practice because we believe the best therapy happens when clients feel known, not rushed, judged, or expected to fit into a box. Every clinician who joins our team shares a commitment to providing warm, affirming, trauma-informed care rooted in curiosity, authenticity, and compassion.
Whether you live in Denver or a rural Colorado community, our mission is the same: to make affirming, personalized mental health care accessible to people who deserve to feel seen, supported, and respected exactly as they are.
We’re so glad you’re here!

Healing looks different for everyone.
For some, it’s processing trauma. For others, it’s understanding an ADHD diagnosis, navigating relationships, exploring identity, managing anxiety, or finding solid ground during life’s transitions.
At Asana Counseling, we meet you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, not judgment.
Our clinicians provide trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity-affirming, and sex-positive care that is tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and strengths.
Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first step, we’re here to help you build a life that feels more authentic, connected, and sustainable.
