My goal is to provide a calm, steady, and respectful therapeutic space where you can show up as you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know where to begin. We move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, guided by your needs and capacity in each session.
I am committed to creating an affirming environment for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, as well as for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, identity transitions, and complex family or relational dynamics. My work focuses on increasing emotional awareness, strengthening regulation and grounding, and supporting you in making choices that feel aligned with your values and lived experience.
I recognize that reaching out for therapy can be challenging, particularly for those who are accustomed to managing a great deal on their own. I approach this work with patience, openness, and genuine care, and I aim to make therapy a space that feels steady, supportive, and human.
It is an honor to walk alongside clients in this process, and I am grateful for the trust involved in being part of your healing and growth.
