Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to holding things together on your own. My goal is to create a space that feels steady, honest, and human, a place where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or rush toward answers before things make sense.

My work is collaborative and trauma-informed. Sessions are paced to you and focused on understanding patterns, emotional responses, and the ways past experiences still show up in the present.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My practice is affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and neurodivergence. I’m also sex-positive and kink-aware, and I work comfortably with clients exploring intimacy, power, boundaries, and consent.

Therapy with me is grounded and collaborative, with room for curiosity, honesty, and humor. We pay attention to what’s happening in your body, your thoughts, and your relationships, and we adjust as we go. Over time, many clients notice more clarity, steadier emotions, and a stronger sense of choice in how they relate to themselves and others.
