Building a therapeutic relationship that makes you feel comfortable and safe is the first essential step to walking through your own journey to growth and living the life you want. Participating in and doing the work that comes with engaging in the therapeutic process unearths complicated feelings and new dynamics. I want to support you through this process. You are the expert in your lived experiences, and my hope is to help you discover new patterns and behaviors that make your life more filled with joy and fulfillment. Through counseling, we will develop the confidence in you to find, listen to, and trust your truth while moving through life authentically. We all have hard truths and challenges in our lives and in ourselves; we can work to accept and find meaning in these through counseling. My goal is to be a safe place for you to sit with grief, explore solutions, or build new life skills in yourself and your relationships. Most importantly, we can explore the relationship you have with yourself and create a positive and compassionate view of yourself. I integrate solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy in order to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. I look forward to working with you. I am currently accepting new patients and working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am currently not working with couples or families.
