As a result of individual therapy, you may discover valuable parts of yourself that were lost or dormant. Such inward discoveries can lead to more satisfying connections with others.
Please know that our goal is to help you in the most efficient way possible. That being said, we see the most benefits for our clients when they come regularly for sessions, as it allows us to more fully address the issues that are bothering them and helps to create lasting changes.
